Suggestions for Class
NO PERFUME, SCENTED AFTERSHAVE, BODY LOTIONS, HAIR PRODUCTS
• Shower before Class •
• If possible give your yourself an oil massage on Arms & chest •
(preferably before shower)
• Please come with an empty belly •
• Avoid eating 3 hours before class •
• Please wear Clean clothing •
• Wear Green if possible •
• Avoid Dairy, milk, cheese, and animal products day of class •
• Avoid caffeine day of class •
• Green salads and foods day of class a plus •
• If u smoke, please try and quit •
If you cant, please avoid smoking 2 hours before class,
refrain from pranayama, This is VERY dangerous to your health
