A flowing Asana class with emphasis on accessing the stillness or meditation in each movement.
Class emphasis on extended Pranayama (breath work), Chanting, meditation and relaxation.
A background, however limited in Yoga practice a plus.

Suggestions for Class


NO PERFUME, SCENTED AFTERSHAVE, BODY LOTIONS, HAIR PRODUCTS

• Shower before Class •

• If possible give your yourself an oil HEAD massage •
(preferably before shower)

• Please come with an empty belly •

• Avoid eating 3 hours before class •

• Please wear Clean clothing •

• Wear White or Blue if possible •

• Practice silence or limited speech when entering, leaving •

• Avoid salads day of class •
(favor grains, white veggies, coconut)

• Avoid caffeine day of class •

• If u smoke, please try and quit •

If you cant, please avoid smoking 2 hours before class,
refrain from pranayama, This is VERY dangerous to your health
